Theater Design Northwest did automated roller shades, audio, video and networking design and install for this unique sunset facing home by Impel Construction. As always on waterfront homes with a view like this, all West facing windows got Lutron solar shades on every window for shading but also to control the heat from Summer sun. Audio and video was just what the owners requested, 3 neatly installed TVs with Sonos Playbars and nice soffit mounted deck speakers for outdoors gatherings. Network is all UniFi gear.
