Theater Design Northwest was called in to upgrade these clients to their first HDTV. We installed and setup all sources, extended the client’s cable feed to their rolling entertainment cart, calibrated the display and programmed a Universal Remote RF20 remote with one touch activity-based programming.

The results from this upgrade were significantly improved picture quality over the Sony CRT display they had been watching. The new HDTV was a Philips and they are notoriously off spec. But a careful use of our tech tools resulted in a picture quality improvement the clients could immediately see. The one touch macro programming was especially useful for our client as his dyslexia makes controlling an entertainment system with multiple remotes normally quite difficult.
